1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and have original tags/labels intact.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, innerwear, socks, and other intimate items are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

  • Our team will verify your request and provide instructions for pickup or return shipping.

  • Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality inspection.

3. Refunds
  • Refunds will be processed only after the product passes quality inspection.

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges / Replacements
  • Customers may request a replacement/exchange for size or color (if available) within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchange orders will be delivered within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes inspection.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.

5. Non-Returnable Items
