At Aviront Techno Private Limited (WERK), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the delivery date.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and have original tags/labels intact.
Products must be returned in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, innerwear, socks, and other intimate items are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process

Our team will verify your request and provide instructions for pickup or return shipping.
Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality inspection.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed only after the product passes quality inspection.
The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges / Replacements
Customers may request a replacement/exchange for size or color (if available) within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange orders will be delivered within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes inspection.
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.
